About the room
I am subletting my room in my apartment in Visconti Westshore. The room is available ASAP. It is a great place I am relocating so I need someone to take it.
Here are the details:
Rent: $831, plus another $30-40 for trash and water
Bedroom: Large enough for a king bedroom set and still have plenty of room. (may be willing to include my bedroom set). You would also have your own bathroom and walk in closet
The apartment complex is Visconti Westshore. It is awesome. There are 2 pools here, ample parking, a park to walk your dogs, fitness center and more.
Nightlife wise you are right across from the international mall, Cigar City and Duffy’s are within walking distance and you are very close to Miller’s and places on Dale Mabry. Soho is a short uber/drive away. You are also very close to the airport
About the roomies
My roommate is staying. I met him off Facebook and he is a really nice guy. Mid 30’s professional, very easy to live with.
