Private room available in 3br/1ba house with all utilities included. Bathroom is shared but extremely clean and tidy house. Roomie will not be expected to clean much as long as he/she cleans up after themselves on a regular basis. Room is currently unfurnished but will be getting a bed and dresser. Off street parking and 2 minutes from the LI Expressway, Target, and Sam’s Club. Near St. Joseph’s College and 20 minutes to Stony Brook University and Smithaven Mall. Public bus does come right through neighborhood. Fully fenced in yard with fire pit so a dog could be acceptable, so long as it gets along with my dog. Outside security cameras.

I’m a 25 year old professional with a 40lb very energetic (but very friendly) dog. I’m social and active so I like having friends over or I go out regularly. Roomie would be more than welcome to invite friends over. I’m a really easy going person but really pride myself on having a clean and tidy home, so roomie would have to ensure to clean up after themselves. I like to cook and drink socially but I also work out and love spending time with my dog.
