Hermitage Avenue

Located just minutes from the NoHo arts district in a quiet suburban like neighborhood. Tenant gets their own private room and bathroom (both unfurnished). Living room and kitchen are furnished, but there is ample space to add things if you wish. This unit was just renovated before my former roommate and I moved in back in February. The current lease is through roughly mid-February, but open to extending the lease beyond that point if we decide to.

28 year old male from the Mid West. Very easy going. Type 1 Diabetic, but take great care of myself and don’t leave any needles or anything laying around the apartment. Self-employed at the moment so my schedule sorta changes on and off, but am very respectful of others and their privacy.
