About the room
You will find yourself loving our quite neighborhood. We live 8 minutes from CSUEB, minutes from downtown and shopping. Our house has 3 bedrooms. Two which are taken by myself and my friend. The house includes gated parking, a garage, in unit laundry and many more amenities. If you need a room furnished we can also arrange that for you. Any further questions about the house feel free to ask!
About the roomies
My roommate and I are two working students. So with that being said we keep ourselves busy and out of the house on weekdays. We keep our house very clean and cozy. You’ll find we are very open minded people so we welcome you and any guests you may bring to visit as long as they are respectful. Lastly not only are we looking for a roommate but a new friend along the way. We are excited to have our home we love become yours.
