I live in a 3 bedroom condo with my husband and two kids. We have 2 rooms for rent. One is smaller than the other one with shared bathroom. Access to kitchen, laundry, downstairs restroom, community pool and spa. Utilities+WiFi included. $720 for the small room and $820 for bigger room. Additional person please add $40 and $500 security deposit. No pets. Rooms available Nov 11th. Tour will be available on the 10th. Both rooms are occupied at the moment but it will be available on Nov. 5th.
