Coco Palm Drive

Hello! I currently rent in a 4 bedroom/ 3 bath house. Looking for a 3rd roommate in the downstairs Master for $1200 a month (preferably female, we are 2 females). This room comfortably fits a large queen with a large bathroom/stand up shower and a walk in closet, wooden shelves included. There is a small private patio on the side of the house. The house as a large kitchen, two living rooms, and attached 2 car garage with a 2 car driveway. Laundry in garage. We have extra space if you have furniture, like a couch, dining table or TV ect. Located on a Cul De Sac. Easy access to the 5 freeway. Would need to submit paperwork to our landlord for approval and estimated move in date Nov 30th. No pets, sadly :(. Garage available to store items prior move in date. Utilities very inexpensive, as well as solar panels on the house. Myself and other roommate are working professionals, laid back and friendly! We are clean and courteous and would love to have a 3rd roommate who has similar interests and vibes well with us! Two females that are good friends! In our late 20/early thirties. Active, social and super laid back. Very respectful roommates! Big house with lots of space! :) I’ve lived in the house a year, other roommate would be moving new to this house.
