About the room
This is a shared art studio space. 550-600squ feet split with one studio mate, who will be working or traveling a good portion of the time too. We paint and sculpt in here.
Located off Jefferson L train. Heat, AC, deck, views, 24/7 freight elevator, electronic card access, wifi, sink in the studio, big sunny window, couches, kitchenette, amazing artist community in building.
Starting November 1st $500 to $800 monthly flex, depending on your budget and time frame, how much you will use it space, to cover about half the rent.
About the roomies
One or two other studio mates depending on how much you want of the space. The main studio mate is a traveling artist. She makes sculpture and doesn’t stage design, amongst other things! She is also in grad school so She is gone a lot.
