I live in a four bedroom, two bathroom, two living room house with no garage, but there’s enough spaces for 4 cars to park out in front.

Looking for someone who can live here for six months.

You get your own private room and your own bathroom.

And your room is of course your own private area where I would not need to go in.

I’m looking for someone who does not smoke marijuana or cigarettes, and someone who does not get drunk.

No pets are allowed. I might get a cat at some point, but that’s the only pet I want in the house. I prefer someone who is cat friendly.

I prefer someone with an easygoing personality who will be very respectful of my place and who will be very gentle with the house.

I need someone who is quiet between the hours of 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. every day. If I select a roommate who wakes me up every night, it’s not going to work out. And I’m sure you would feel the same.

One of the biggest rules I have is you cannot be late with the rent. If you fall on hard times, I hope you have someone that you can borrow the money from, because I myself will be in big trouble if I cannot pay my own rent on time, and I cannot pay my rent if you do not pay yours. So there is no leeway about that.

I need to keep all the common areas very clean. I don’t mind your stuff or my stuff being in the common areas, but I cannot tolerate a mess and the kitchen and bathrooms need to be kept very clean.

I also cannot tolerate weird smells in the house. Perfumes and body mists are totally fine, shampoo and soap smells are also totally fine. But other strong smells caused by foods left around the house would probably cause a problem.

I don’t often cook but I do a lot of baking.
