Cute very quaint apartment right on colfax. definitely is an older style apartment. wood floor and small kitchen. room upstairs has a washer and dryer connected to it so it gets a bit loud. all in all this is a steal for what you’re going to be paying in Denver. I’m moving out and want to find my roommate (also my good friend) a non meth-head crazy roommate. We can talk on the phone and I will detail anything you would like to know about the unit. The upstairs other than the washer and dryer is completely YOURS.

Roommate works at a bank and is a more casual dude who likes to smoke weed and play on the computer. He will not be hogging all the spaces. He mostly keeps to himself. He’s not super clean, but there will not be an excess of trash or anything like that. He’s also not that stand off-ish. If you’re being a complete turd he would have a chat with you though. Just like anything, we are welcome to discuss anything that concerns you.
