About the room

Awesome new apartment complex only been open for about about 2 years now. Apartment itself brand new, my old roommate and I were only the second residents to have lived here. Is a beautiful 2bd 2ba located on the 3rd floor tucked in the back of the complex so it is very quiet. You get your own private wing that includes a private hallway with door leading to your room, bathroom and large walk in closet. Hall has built in shelf’s for extra storage and bathroom has double sinks and large mirror. All new whirlpool appliances and washer and dryer in unit. 24 hour gym on site if needed. Located right down the street from UTSA and La Cantera and right off of 1604 for easy access to whatever destination.

Rent is 741.50 each to be exact, all other utilities will be split in half, internet , electricity, water, pest, and trash valet and renters insurance (it’s required by the complex, already have a plan you can be added to.) Your total portion monthly will probably come out to around 850-75 monthly with everything, a rough estimate as utility bills can differ month to month. This wouldn’t be paid all at once though as the bills are staggered. (More info below)

The $250 deposit covers your app fee and admin fee for the office, employment and income will need to be verified as well by front office for move in as this will be a sublet. For them to approve the sublet together we have to make 3x the full rent which is 1483 monthly. I have a pretty good income so as long as you have something steady over min wage it shouldn’t be a problem.

Offering immediate move in pending approval with front office from income being verified and approved. Rent is due on the first of the month as well as water pest and trash. Internet and electricity are due on the 20th and renters on the 26th. I am very transparent when it comes to bills anything being split I always share the full total for the month so you have for your records.

Old roommate quit his job and moved out last month due to finances but didn’t provide me with any kind of notice. I am about halfway through the lease now and not wanting to break it but definitly can not afford this place solo. Just looking for someone responsible to sublet and take over the remainder of his end of the lease which will be good through April 26, 2020. Looking for roommate ASAP, need someone before / by November 1st, if you move in before only up front cost needed will be the $250, if moving in on the 1st $250 plus first months rent will be due.

About the roomies

I’m as easy going as they come, very chill and laid back. Keep myself busy with work so if I am home do most of my chillin in my room. Don’t expect much from anyone just be responsible, keep common areas clean, pay bills on time and we are good to go.
