Our house is a two story greystone. We live on the second floor and rent out the first floor~ There are 4 bedrooms with a furnished bathroom, kitchen, living room and dining room that is a shared living space with 3 other tenants . It is a quiet, no drama adult atmosphere This is a clean and safe home environment with a lovely backyard. Seeking mature, respectful & working tenants only. There is a $200 deposit = $700 upon move in~ All utilities include. We are located at Wells & Garfield. It is located 10 minutes south of the city, directly steps across from the CTA & Bus stop.
About the roomies
All three tenants are working full time and rarely home. There is one female and 2 male tenants all around 40 years old. Everyone is friendly and respectful.
