We are looking for someone to sign a sublease for November 1, 2019 through August 31, 2020. Rent is $1,200 a month plus utilities (currently averaging around $50/person/ month), with heat and hot water included. First and last months rent and security deposit ($3600 total) is due at signing. The building owner also requires a background and credit check prior to approval ($40).

(Any pets require approval and potential additional deposit from the landlord prior to pet moving in).

We are looking for someone that wants to be part of creating a relaxing, tidy, respectful and fun home. We enjoy spending time together (cooking, watching movies, hosting small gathering, etc), but are also respectful of each others space and privacy.
