house laundry in bldg I have a clean, spacious house with 3 rooms for rent, located in east Mesa. I occupy the master. Bus line on Main street is less than a block away. Which takes you to the train station about 10 blocks away. You will be sharing the house with me, (homeowner) , The rooms are furnished, but if you don’t need the furniture then it will be put in storage. However once people see the furniture, they opt to just leave it. Each bedroom comes with a dresser, bed, curtains, flat screen tv. I take pride in my home and it is furnished to reflect that. I just ask that you take care of it as your own please.

Here’s more info…You will share the hall (full) bathroom . You share cleaning duties but outside maid service comes ~ once per month. In the kitchen, please clean after each use. Maid service will do the floors and counters approx monthly. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, dishes, a dishwasher, disposal, microwave, fridge, gadgets, and range top with standard/convection oven; it was remodeled 2 yrs ago… Utilities include electric, AC (and yes, it’s cold), water/sewer, and wifi. There’s a washer and dryer and you are free to wash whenever you need to. The home is completely furnished. The living room has conversation space with TV and there’s a den area as well with a tv.. There is 2 driveway parking spot (not covered) that would be available, otherwise it is street parking,first come first served. Great neighborhood, safe, one block from the police station, friendly neighbors. People here will leave you alone or be friendly…we are just looking for mature, kind, considerate people. You must be able to pass a background check and references are appreciated. At the time of move in I ask that provide first months rent ($850) each room in addition to a $425 cleaning/security deposit, and I will have you sign a simple month-to-month lease. Rooms are pro-rated upon move in date. I can work with you on the rent and the deposit, breaking the items up, working with your pay cycle or whatever we figure out The security deposit will be returned upon your being fully moved out without unpaid expenses or damage to room beyond normal wear and tear. ($75 of the deposit is kept for a cleaning fee as well). The room is deep cleaned professionally and the carpets cleaned as well. As it was done for you, prior to your moving in :)

When are you looking to move? text me or reply to the email on here, either or works. Thank you All utilities are included. You are only responsible for your own personal groceries and personal supplies and sheets for your bed. Wifi is included. No cable. Everyone has there own hulu, Netflix, etc usually. There is driveway parking and the home is secured with a alarm system. I am looking for mature adults. Each tenant signs a lease as well and possibly does a background check. This insures that we are all safe and in good company

At this time. All the rooms are occupied, but I have 1 room coming available July 1st.
