The place is beautiful, I couldn’t possibly ask for more. I’m a 4-minute walk from work in the business district, both rooms in the unit are gorgeous and have brand new modern bathrooms, and is a corner unit on a middle floor (stunning views of downtown at night w/ floor to ceiling windows). The common area is extremely spacious and the place is absolutely perfect for a movie night or having friends over for dinner. The rooftop has a gorgeous pool that overlooks all of Houston and a massive outdoor entertainment area with grills, tables and chairs, and a firepit. All the appliances are brand new and work extremely well. You’d have a free parking spot (I don’t have a car so it’s all yours). This building is also close enough to the freeway and a quick uber ride from anywhere you’d want to go out.

Since it’s just me here at the moment, I’m a 30-year-old working professional with a good job. I work pretty late most days but would love to become friends if the fit is right. I’m super new to Houston, so if you’ve been here a while, I’d love to explore the area with you! I’m leaving the country for a few months right after you move in, so you’d have time to acclimate and decorate as you see fit and make yourself feel at home before I return!
