One bedroom in a two bedroom apartment in Astoria off of Ditmars Blvd for $1320 a month. 2nd floor walk up. The apartment is a 5 minute walk to the NW train and a 15 minute train ride to the 59th and Lex stop in Manhattan. It is surrounded by awesome restaurants and bars, and multiple grocery stores are in easy walking distance. Ideally, I’d like someone to move in around December 1st, but I have flexibility in either direction.

The room is large, can easily fit a queen size bed with plenty of space for a night stand, dresser and a desk. The living room has beautiful exposed brick, the kitchen has new appliances, granite countertops, and a dishwasher. Laundry in building.
