About the room
Private Furnished Bedroom with it’s own Bathroom adjacent to the room, available on October 16th in Cutler Bay.
I’m looking for a responsible person to live in the private room that has its own bathroom on the first floor. The room is furnished and the ideal person has a full time steady job or is a student and with no criminal record. No drugs or weed is allowed at any time; it is a personal choice, but please do not contact me because that is not part of the environment in the house.
Rent is $850 with utilities included (Water, electricity, High Speed Internet), the use of washer and dryer, and cooking allowed.
The place is located in a superb neighborhood, 5 minutes away from Black Point Marina and 25 minutes away from Miami International Airport. Close to Florida Turnpike and US1. Also, 10 miles away from the Homestead Air Force Base.
Everything in the picture is included. Minimum required stay is 6 months.
About the roomies
Upstairs there is a pilot, someone that works at the VA hospital and a student. The room and bathroom is located on the first floor.
