Hi all, I have a three-story, two-bedroom condo. I only occupy one room so I have an extra. I’d like to get a roommate whos friendly and easy-going. The room is 99 sq ft room. The room also has a private balcony (70 sqft). The condo is fully furnished, with a washer and dryer in the garage and hi-speed interset already setup. You’ll have your own private parking spot close to the front door. There are 1 & 1/2 bathrooms. A half bathroom on the second story and a full bathroom on the third. I have an electric reclining couch downstairs with a mounted 55“ TV and a fireplace, the kitchen has all the necessities. Less than a quarter-mile from Downtown Brea, Starbucks, Buffalo Wild Wings and dozens more. If you’d like the bigger room, 111 sq foot, we can arrange that at a higher price. We’d split utilities 50/50, roughly 160 a month, 80 each. I’m very techy I can help get you set up with all the cool new free tech gadgets onto your TV. Living room TV has ESPN+, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and many more. Anyone is welcome to come view the place!!! Good luck everybody!

I’m a male, 25-year-old graduate student at Cal State Fullerton. I go to school full time and work part-time. I have 2 years left at CSUF and I’m in the process of extending the lease to go to Jan 2021. I’m a veteran and keep things pretty quiet and tidy. I’m active, I try to get a workout in per day, also a big sports fan. Overnight guests are welcome, as long as it’s not nightly. 4/20 friendly (just keep it outdoors), I’m very easy going, fun and friendly. Animals can be arranged.
