I’m looking to rent out a cozy room in an apartment in the lovely town of Waterford! 964 sqft, 1.5 bathrooms. Rent plus internet is $552.50, with electricity shared separately. It’s a comfortable spot and a great place to call home.

I’m a student at Wayne State, and in my free time I enjoy relaxing with video games or watching TV. I really value a peaceful space for studying, and I try to be mindful about noise. I’d just ask that we keep each other in the loop if we’re having company over. I’m LGBT+ friendly and require the same. I have an emotional support cat and other roaming animals would not be permitted, but small caged furries are of course welcome!
