I have done a lot of renovations on this home: all bathrooms, freshly painted wall, all recessed lights, new kitchen cabinets, big deck and spacious walk out patio etc… The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and 2 half bath. Looking to share this spacious home with only one female roommate. Room dimensions: 22x 17 inches with a half bath (Basement room with fireplace and walk out patio. Upstairs full bathroom). Sharing living room, kitchen, dining room, and new washer and dryer set.

I am a female, who works for federal job. I am laid back, hardworking and quiet. Hobbies: gym, travels with friends and shopping. Looking for only one female roommate who is clean and responsible with rents. The house will be shared by me and the only one future roommate. Rent included all utilities and WiFi cable.
