Second bedroom in my apartment needs a tenant. It is unfurnished, clean and decently sized. Bedroom now has blinds on the window. You will have a bathroom to yourself (well you’ll have to share it with 2 sweet cats but I will always clean after them), full access to a fully furnished apartment and have a washer & dryer and dish washer in unit. Assigned parking spot will also be yours. Total covers rent and utilities which also includes wifi internet.

Complex is located on a bus lines and walking distance to several stores. The complex also gives us access to a gas grill in the courtyard, pool table in the community room and a small gym.

Smoking (including pot) is not allowed indoors as per the lease, but you may smoke outside.

You will need to be able to pass background and credit checks as you will need to be added to the lease. There is a $40 (one time) fee at the office to run these checks. Unfortunately, I cannot accept any additional animals.

I’m a woman in my 30s who works two jobs and enjoys a fairly quiet atmosphere. Music and friends (with notice please) are fine. Loud parties are not.
