I’m moving to SF and need someone to take over my leased room. The lease is 6 months and the house has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. You will have your own private bedroom and a shared bath with one person.

Lease starts November 1st and ends April 20th.

About the house: The House is a 3bed 2.5 bath newly renovated house The room for rent can bee seen in the pictures and shares a massive bathroom with one other person. We have couches, a bbq, 65 in tv, and many other amenities that will come with the house, so you don’t need to spend much money on the move. The house has plenty of street parking which is free and doesn’t require a permit. There is also a lap pool right behind the house.

About the location: The House is right off South congress next to the South Congress Hotel. 3 min walk to torchys taco’s 5 min walk to the heart of Soco 8 minute scooter ride to heart of downtown 5 min Uber to Rainey and West 6th 15 min walk to equinox

About the roommates Roommate 1 (Will): Graduated Santa Clara in 2016 and originally from Sacramento. Works in sales at Google and when he’s not working, he enjoys cycling, going to the gym, watching sports, or going out to the bars with friends.

Roommate 2 (Jack): Jack graduated from Santa Clara in 2018. He works in sales at a tech security company and has similar interests as will

Both roommates are really laid back and it’s a bummer I have to leave this gorgeous house and awesome roommates.
