I am looking for someone to fill my roommates room! Private room with shared bathroom. The house is located 5 min from UCHealth Anschutz campus, 15 min from downtown, and 5 min from the Stanley market! The house has a huge backyard, one car garage, big basement, laundry in house, and remodeled kitchen.

My name is Ali, I’m 25 and will be the only other tenant in the house. I am a nurse and like to spend my free time fly fishing and anything outdoors. I am extremely laid back but still like to keep things clean. I have a dog named Nala who is the sweetest girl and also I have a fluffy kitty named Oakley (who is basically a dog). The landlord will allow one more dog, as long as they are well behaved.
