Grand Canal

This apartment is located by the 5 and Jeffrey in Irvine so you are really close to a bunch of restaurants and nice parks. The apartment is two bedrooms and you would be replacing my spot as I plan on living elsewhere. My room has its own bathroom, however its outside the room right next door. My roommate has his own bathroom so you wouldnt have to worry about sharing. The apartment community has its own pool, bbq grills, and jacuzzis so its a great spot for hosting friends! The living room also comes fully furnished so all you really need is stuff for your room, bathroom and maybe some kitchenware.

I have one other roommate who is in his late 20’s and is a working professional. He is very clean and nice about the place and he asks that you do the same as well.
