I have a room to rent in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house on a quiet street close to the beaches, downtown Ft Myers and local transportation. Great location! Great house! Bedroom is fully furnished, so all you’ll need is your clothes and whatever else you bring with. Utilities are included in the rent and that includes, cable, internet, water, sewer, garbage pickup, and Electric. Parking spot either in garage or on driveway. 3 miles from the beach and the causeway. You’ll love it!

I work full-time as a FOH manager at a sports bar and as a Life Coach. I don’t watch much TV because of my work schedule. I love seeing local bands play and getting out to the beaches and exploring. My nephew and his girlfriend live the guest house and works full-time at a bowling alley and loves to go fishing with friends. Must love dogs because I have one. She’s sweet and friendly. It’s a pretty quiet and chill household. Everyone cleans up after themselves and helps in maintaining the yard. I know you’ll love the house and the room once you see it!
