Hello, I am new to the Seattle area. Luckily, my uncle is giving me a beautiful home in Wallingford with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms I’d like to rent out to potential roommates. I am looking to rent out all 3 rooms. The price per room will be $1,800 including utilities and internet. I would like to rent each room out or possibly find someone/ a group who wants to rent out the house. It is a two story house, with parking spaces available. There are 2 patios, beautiful views and the location is great. We will be very close to restaurants, coffee shops and gyms. Additionally, Google offices are nearby. The house is beautiful and newly remodeled. The kitchen is fully loaded with top of the line equipment, and the house has a lovely fireplace and a modern vibe. It is a million dollar home with a washer and dryer. Families are welcome! The living room is cozy and the bedrooms are spread out enough to ensure privacy when needed.
