About the room
Upstairs apartment in a small and quiet complex. Full access to the kitchen, refrigerator (dirty dishes can not be left in the sink overnight though) shared living room. There isn’t AC in this apartment, which sucks but if you like, you can install a little unit on your window. Electric bill is split 1/3 you, 2/3 me.
