I have a private (huge) bedroom and bathroom available for rent in my two bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhome. All bills are included in the rent price.

I have reserved parking, trash pickup, and neighborhood pool that is accessible during the summer. I do have a 1 year old golden retriever who lives with me, but pets are welcome as long as they get along.

I am 15 min from downtown Greenville and Easley, and 10 min to woodruff road: so a great location.

I am a 27 year old single female who works 8-5 during the week and I occasionally bartend on the weekends.

I like to stay active, cook, travel, go out with friends, watch sports, see concerts, and just have a good time. I like things to be clean, but I’m not OCD about it.
