Great craftsman style home in Rosehill, Kirkland. Split about 5 mins apart from Microsoft in Redmond and Google in Kirkland. Kitchen is updated and has lots of room for cooking. The entire upstairs would be yours with a den or office space. The shared bathroom is located on the first floor. Great general access to Redmond, downtown Kirkland, and 405.

I am looking for short term renters (1-3 months). Ideally someone transitioning to a new job in the area needing more time to find a their long term spot.

The room is currently (mostly) furnished as it’s being used as my guest room. I would prefer to leave most items in place but am willing to discuss other options.

Dogs are negotiable. I already own two, and as I’ve experienced in the past it can get crowded with any more. If it’s the right fit I’m willing to consider it. House is fully fenced.

Full time employed engineer. Active lifestyle. Always trying to get outside whether it’s to grab beers with friends or ride bikes in the mountains. I keep a very clean house, and looking for someone that values tidiness as well. I own two (amazing) dogs who are very self sufficient.
