About the room
We have a large 12’x13’ room available in our beautiful vintage Bremerton home. Conveniently located a short walk from the Seattle Ferry and the Naval Shipyard. The house is well maintained and well equipped with security, wifi, and air conditioning. In a quite neighborhood with restaurants, bars, and corner stores within a couple blocks.
Utilities will be split per person (water, electricity, trash, elctric, wifi) upstairs bathroom would be shared between the two rooms. Off street parking available for and additional fee. Otherwise street parking is available with city permit.
No pets as we have 2 dogs already.
Month to month rental agreement with a 20 minimum notice to vacate.
About the roomies
We are a you professional couple. Both of us are very chill. We like the outdoors, video games, cooking, skateboarding, and cars. We have 2 little love-able old chihuahuas.
