Finished basement with its own entrance. Basement has a small kitchenette and can be fashioned into one bedroom, kitchen, living room with curtains/dividers. Access to 16 person hot tub/swimmer pool.

Utilities included: WiFi, Netflix, amazon prime, gas, electric, sewer, trash, water, laundry hookup or main floor laundry.

Amenities included: 16 person hot tub/swimmer pool, backyard, garage, storage unit, grill, separate kitchen from main floor house, laundry room or laundry hook up in basement, separate entrance, and a car port.

We have a kitty cat and his name is Tyrian. He is adorable and loves to get tummy rubs.

We enjoy spending time outside of the house and when we are home we tend to keep to ourselves. We enjoy reading and writing and have made one of the rooms into a library.

Outside is a great shared space with a hot tub that we don’t seem to have enough time to use so it’s available for use a lot of the time.

We are clean and very down to earth. We have been together for 12 years and have a 1 year old son.
