Hi there, I need to move out and am looking for someone to take my spot ASAP!
-It is a two bed two bath apartment and there are 2 people to a room, 2 people to a bathroom. You will have the bottom bunk if you move in.
-Very large living room and lots of large cabinets for storage.
-when you move in there will be a $450 security deposit
-Move in Date will be October 25-Nov 1st, and the rent for November will be due at that time as well.
-you and a co-signer will need to fill out an application (basically just to ensure you will pay your rent on time). this has a $20 application fee for each application
-rent is $478 a month and after utilities it’s about $490
-there will be a gated parking space for you
-there’s a washer and dryer on site
