Utilities included in rent price!!! Private room available in a clean 3/2 house in Fort Lauderdale, minutes from downtown. Our home also has a lovely pool in the backyard with a grill area and a propane fireplace out back!
About the roomies
My boyfriend and I live here and we are both Accounting professionals. We are 25 years old and are both very responsible. Monday through Friday we are both working from 7:30 am - 7:00 pm and during the winter months we will both be working later nights and occasionally weekends. Therefore, we aren’t around much. We are looking for another young professional/ student as a roommate. The room is Private shared with a male roommate who has a job and also is in Nursing School so won’t be around too much either.
We have one cat (mostly outdoor- aka no litter box inside) and a young Australian Shepherd doggy (crate trained).
