Capistrano

Hello! We’re looking for a single housemate to fill a room on a sublease till November 14, 2020. Opportunity to stay an additional 12 months by signing on the new 2020-2021 lease can be an option. We’re located in the Northpark neighborhood of Irvine, 5 minutes away from the Irvine/Tustin Marketplace (Target, REI, Best Buy, Boba, In N Out, grocery stores, movie theater and more!) and just minutes away from multiple freeways. We live in a 2200 sq ft, 4 bed/2.5 bath house on a cul-de-sac. The room is 14’L x 11’W with a separate walk-in closet located just outside the room. We have a washer/dryer in the garage and access to the large community pool and jacuzzi. We also have parking available in the garage, driveway and street parking. Full access to living room, patio, kitchen and refrigerator (limited fridge space). A security deposit is required ($750/additional months’ rent).

We currently have 5 people living in the house. A couple in the master bedroom and 3 single occupants in the other 3 bedrooms. New housemate will replace the 5th person. We are looking for someone who is similar in age and lifestyle. The ages of housemates in the house range from early to late twenties. One housemate is a student (male), the rest are working professionals (females), mostly with a standard Monday - Friday work schedule. Currently working from home due to the pandemic. There is 1 medium sized dog in the house, a 2 year-old Pembroke Welsh Corgi. Unfortunately we have reached capacity on dogs. No cats. No children. Everyone in the house is very friendly, clean, respectful and communicative. We all live independently and do our own thing but we still socialize together, eat and play games from time to time!
