I’m looking for a roommate for a room in a basement in the big house with 4 rooms and 3 bathrooms. The bathroom downstairs would be shared with me. We have parking space, nice patio, long driveway. Our kitchen and laundry room are shared and so far has been really accessible at any time. The room is unfurnished but we have an extra couch, nightstand and a desk you could use if necessary. The house is located at a pretty quiet location with nice neighbors. No pets allowed unless discussed with a landlord. The house is located pretty close to UNL campus, walking distance to baseball field and a gas station.

It’s just me and two other girls. We are all in our 20s, working/studying. We’re all easy to get along with and have fun. We don’t have any strict household rules other than respecting each other’s space and belongings.
