Room is about 11x12, with a decent size closet. All utilities are included. Full access to kitchen, washer/dryer, living areas, backyard patio etc. Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances including Vitamix, Kitchen Aid mixer, toaster oven, coffee pot, and cooking utensils that you are welcome to use. You will have plenty of pantry space and cabinet space in the laundry room/kitchen/bathroom if needed. Looking to rent to a responsible, full time employed, male or female.

A little about us. We are a couple with a 2 year old son and friendly Labrador Retriever. We both work full time and our family members watch our son at our home during the day. You’ll mostly see us in the evenings after work. You’re welcome to socialize with us or hang out in your room, we’re totally cool with either :)

We are a very laid back family, not many house rules. Smokers are fine as long as it’s outside. No heavy drinking or partying in the home, as we have a toddler.
