We are Jamal (24m) and Neethi (23f), a couple of young professionals in the West Springfield area, who are new homeowners that are considering taking in a roommate in our 3 bedroom 2000sq ft home. The room is furnished and the bathroom is shared between us. However, there is another bathroom in the basement that you can make your own if you would prefer your own bathroom. We have laundry facilities in the basement too. MUST be accepting of our dog, Ocean, who has free reign on the home. We are quiet, considerate, and work full-time jobs but are home most of the time when we’re not working. We also have a patio that opens out onto a playground, some woods, and the neighbourhood pool. We have tennis courts, a bus stop right by the street and a trail leading to lake accotink right by our home, and Giant, Starbucks, Whole Foods, and restaurants in cardinal forest plaza are at a walking distance from our home.
