About the room
Newly remodeled and cozy room! The room is located upstairs of our house, and you will be sharing a bathroom with another roommate and that is it. The dimension of the room is approximately 95 SF with 20SF of closet space. Ideally for any individual. The house is a cozy 4 bed and 3 bathrooms. Located 7 mins away from MJC West Campus and 8 mins from MJC East Campus. You will have full access to our kitchen, living room, laundry room, and backyard with a pool
We are looking mainly for working professionals and students who will treat this house as their own home. Someone who is organized, clean, and tidy is a plus. No couples and no pets, unfortunately. I donβt think our space can handle more than 1 pet :( You can have your friends or family over or stay the night or a weekend here and there, we have no problems with that! However, of course, they cannot stay over for a long period of time. We would like to ask you to split electricity with the rest of us. It will be split among four roommates. No long-term contract, but rather a month-by-month. We ask for a 30-day notice if you want to move out. However, ideally we would love to have you stay with us for more than 6 months.
About the roomies
We are a married couple who work full-time. Iβm software engineer that work in Silicone Valley 5 days a week and my wife is an accountant.
We are rarely at the house during the day due to our working schedule. When we are home, we always keep it to ourselves and make sure everybody in the house would have their own peace and quiet times. We are super chill and easy-going, and I can say that to the other roommate as well. He is a working professional working from 7 AM to 6 PM every weekday.
There is a special guest in the house that lives here rent-free, that is our dog Sochu! He is a labradoodle, and he is 3 years old. Super friendly, sweet and he does very well with everybody. All he does during the day is sleep in the living room all the time until we get home. If you love dogs, you will love mine! If you have read to this point so far and have any questions, please feel free to give me a text. Iβd honestly prefer texting over phone calls due to me being at work most of the time.
Thank you so much for your time, looking forward seeing you in person and good luck :)
