About the room
Bedroom for rent in a 3 bedroom house, one and a half bathrooms. Washer and dryer in basement. Large backyard. Driveway and street parking available. No loud parties or noise, we live in a quiet residential neighborhood surrounded by families and retired residents. Must keep your space clean, and you are expected to clean up after yourself. Rent does NOT include utilities. We split ALL bills equally, except for groceries. Utilities run anywhere from $100-$175 per month depending on the season. Cable/wifi is about $44 per month. Two cats live in the house. Washer and dryer in the basement, free to use. The upstairs bathroom is being completely remodeled. Bedroom is the biggest in the house, looking out at the street. Two closets in room.
