I have one 133 sq ft room available for rent in my now 5 bedroom 2000 sq ft home. It is in one of the best neighborhoods in Long Beach. The room has a private entrance, living room and kitchen common areas, shared bathroom with other tenant, front load washer and dryer, tankless water heater, central air and heating, all utilities and toiletries included. Use of kitchen also includes seasonings, waters, etc…. everything provided except your own food. Small dogs will be considered for an extra $50 per month

I am a recently divorced 46 yr old woman. My 19 yr daughter lives here (2nd year dance major at CSULB). My 8 yr old son is here 50% of the time. Then there is the other tenant. She is 55 and works from 7am to 7pm Monday thru Friday.
