Hi there, A nicely updated room in a private house in a quiet neighborhood (cul-de-sac) very close to Sac State. The house is 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is very roomy (1,650 sq. feet). Lots of parking on our large court - it’s in a cool area near La Rivera/Watt. It’s been completely remodeled and is modern (new flooring, appliances, granite, laundry, walls, ceiling fans, paint, carpet, fast 1000MBPS wifi, etc.).

We both work from home and run our business in our home office. We are looking for someone who is on the quiet side, generally keeps to themselves, and is a well-mannered person.

• Rent is $1000 a month with utilities included
• No pets, unfortunately. We do have a trained and friendly dog.
