What makes this house so awesome? It is located minutes from the beach, bars/restaurants, and is located right above the peninsula so you do not need to deal with the extra traffic. The house has a great patio for barbecuing, 3 parking spots, and a 2 car garage.

Current tenants are two men in their mid to late 20’s who wear dress shoes and button ups during the week, but shorts and sandals during the weekend. We’re both pretty social and enjoy having friends over on the weekends.

It’s not all fun and games as we are good about cleaning up after ourselves, so don’t expect to visit this house and see a messy, disorganized POS. A wise man once said, “Pay people to do the shit you don’t want to do.” That is exactly why we have cleaning lady that comes once a month to mop up what we missed.

Let’s get down to brass tacks here, chief. You just want to hear about the room:

Room size is about 11x12 bedroom. Shared bathroom. Laundry in garage. $1,000 rent per month paid on the 1st. $1,150 deposit. Approximately $100/mo for bills (internet, electricity, gas, water, cleaning). Available now

Type of person we are looking for: • Male/Female is fine. • Please have a stable job. • No couch potatoes! We don’t want to come home to see your lazy ass on our couch getting stoned with your friends. • Not looking for two more roommates, we are only looking for one. • No pets • Drama/issues/baggage free (this is a given but we had to include it). • Don’t be that type of person “returning” their bar tab all over the bar… or matter of fact, anywhere.

This room might be for you if you work hard, enjoy your free-time with friends, but still can be a respectful adult and clean up after yourself.
