About the roomies
I currently share the home with one roommate whose lease expires in January 2027. I’m posting early because I prefer to plan ahead and find the right fit rather than rush the process.
A little about me: I work in the nonprofit sector and also own businesses, so my days are often filled with projects, meetings, and community engagement. I hold a PhD, write professionally, and have a deep appreciation for arts, culture, travel, and lifelong learning.
Home life is relaxed, comfortable, and low-key. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me cooking, writing, walking the dogs, enjoying a movie, spending time with friends, or relaxing by the pool or jacuzzi. I take pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming home and appreciate open communication and mutual respect.
Two friendly small dogs also call the house home: a 13-year-old Papillon mix (15 lbs) and a Beagle mix (15 lbs). They’re affectionate, well-behaved, and an important part of the household, so being comfortable around dogs is essential.
The home is best suited for someone who values privacy, enjoys a comfortable and peaceful environment, communicates well, and appreciates sharing a beautiful home with someone who is considerate and responsible.
