Looking for a professional/student or elderly to rent out a basement with one full bath and one bedroom. For elderly I can help with small errands like getting grocery. Tenant will have their own private bedroom, bathroom, living space, small dining room area. Basement has its own private entrance and kitchenette. Tenant would be expected to give first months pro-rated rent with security deposit to be able to secure space. Looking for someone who is interested in renting for 6 months or more. Those who are interested in a longer lease will be given preference. Proof of income is required, and must be willing to pass a background check. WIFI is provided. Looking for someone who is respectful, employed, and clean. Things to know: • $950 includes basic utilities.
