Was being used as a den/office. Large enough for one person - a twin-size bed plus a comfortable chair and either two bureaus or one bureau and a desk. And a TV. Includes a closet and window. (Currently furnished… If you have furniture, that’s fine.) Note: The bureau in the pictures is a medium-size bureau.

*** Caveat *** I have one cat. I don’t mind a small/medium size dog, but my cat does NOT get along with other cats. She gets along fine with dogs. Go figure…

**** Another Caveat **** It is children friendly, however, not on a daily basis because of the size of the room. Unless someone has a twin bed with a trundle portion (which I do not believe is ideal for daily use, at least not for the long run).

It is in a large 3 bedroom townhouse in a quiet 2 building TH complex with basement. Two parking spaces are available - one for my car and one for the Roomie’s car.

Full access to common areas of TH, including washer/dryer (off kitchen), basement and BBQ area. Includes nice view of trees and fenced grassy area/yard. Great Location. Close to Worcester and trains. 10 minutes from grocery shopping and gym. 20 minutes from major shopping center. Close to St. Vincent’s Hospital (20 minutes) and UMass Memorial Hospital (20 minutes).

Blackstone River runs through Grafton. Lakes and ponds nearby, as well as many wooded trails. MBTA Train runs through Grafton. [More trails, great for people and dogs] Conservation land - with walking and biking trails - in Grafton and surrounding towns. Parks nearby (5 to 10 minute walks). Also walking trail along Blackstone River and conservation land. Rail trail about 20 minutes away.

2 people currently living in townhouse: a 50+-year-old and a 33+-year-old (MOM and SON). Please do not worry about the 33+-year-old. I have had a few male Roomies - some younger, some older, some closer to my age (I am the mom).
