My name is Ryan, the other roommate is Joe. We are both chill guys, 28, very respectful of each other and the common areas and pretty friendly. We enjoy having a beer together every once in a while but also maintain our separate downtime as well. We maintain a clean kitchen & living room. I have a dog named Beaux who’s in his puppy stages, but he stays in my room while I’m at work and a pretty good dog other than a puppy accident here and there, but I always take care of it and have a gate that he only stays downstairs. Nice backyard patio with a sectional and tiki torches.

I love music, live shows, staying active, going down to Zilker park, catching a happy hour later in the week after work, going out to dinner with friends, going out to West 6th on Saturdays, etc. All around good guy, as long as we coexist and everyone respects everyone - we are both super easy to get along with.
