Room available in a 5 bedroom home with a pool. The rent for the room is $900 with a $900 deposit. Rent covers all the utilities (Water, Garbage, Electricity, Gas, Pool maintenance and, Internet 400/35). You are encouraged to be part of the tribe/community and use all the public spaces – living room, kitchen, yard (with a covered patio), pool, laundry garage. Your room is private, but the bath is shared, though a tankless waterheater keeps everyone happy. A/C helps with the happy feels, too.

Your housemates all work or go to school. Vibrant energy abounds in this house. We are nerd central, with peeps into lots of different fandoms. The house is tobacco free, but is vape and 420 friendly (outside only). Everyone is laid back and friendly. We are looking for someone who will vibe well with our little frankensteined family.

There are pets here, 4 doggos and 1 cat. Although, with that many, we are not currently accepting tenants with pets.
