Looking for a housemate to share my rental in Dana Point. Private room/private bath (shower only). Beautiful 3 bed/2 bath house. Fully furnished with the exception of your bed/bath. Awesome neighborhood with great neighbors. Close to bike trails, 1 1/2 miles to Doheny Beach and the Dana Point Harbor. I have a 3 year old Samoyed…he is extremely friendly and a non-barker. Another dog will be considered if it is fully house trained and gets along well with my dog. Additional pet deposit will be required. Per the owner, will need to complete an application and pass a credit check.

You will be sharing with only myself. A little about me: a professional, active 51 year old woman. In my spare time I like to kayak, hike, long distance road bike and spend time with my dog. Looking for a professional, kind, responsible and easy going person to share my home. Available October 15th… possibly sooner. Look forward to hearing from you!
