Hi everyone,

We are subleasing a room in our 3 bed / 2,5 bathroom apartment, which would be available at the end of October. I am currently traveling and decided to extend my travels, thus the room is available. This would only be temporary until January 31st, 2019 - but if needed I can offer the room for longer.

About the apartment: Our apartment is located on Montana Avenue, 3 blocks from the beach and a 15 min walk to Santa Monica pier. We’re in a great location for anyone that’s looking to live the proper Westside life (1 mile to Venice, and a 10-15min drive to Culver City and the 10 freeway). Rent is $1,300 per month, which includes all utilities, water, internet. The apartment has a big living room/kitchen area, 2,5 bathrooms and a balcony. Our building also has a swimming pool.

The room/apartment is fully furnished.

About your roommates: Both young professionals in their mid/late20s. Both are working in sales and are super easy going, clean, and respectful of other people’s space - looking for a roommate who would do the same. Don’t mind having guests over but no pets allowed as our landlord unfortunately doesn’t allow them.
