Alper Center Drive

I’m looking for someone to rent the master bedroom at Empire Apartments (915 Alper Center Drive, right off St. Rose Pkwy). My lease goes to 1/22/2020, so you can either renew the lease or move out at that point.

The rent for the Master Bedroom is $950 (can be shared by two people).

Included in the rent is: Cable TV (including HBO), High Speed Internet, Water, Gas, Security System. Electricity bill is split with the other roommate.

Pets are OK (but you would need to pay additional to Empire, and whoever is the other roommate would need to be OK with this).

The master bedroom has a huge bathroom ensuite, as well as spacious walk in closets.

The kitchen appliances are very modern and great.

You would get an assigned sheltered carport parking space.

Empire Apartments has an amazing clubhouse, including a computer room, movie watching room, pool, spa, gym, barbecue pits, pool table entertainment room, free Starbucks coffee, parking spaces.

I’m an executive at a startup. However, I’m moving out, so I won’t be staying at the place once this happens.
