We are looking for someone to take over our lease at this beautiful 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo; The lease ends May 14, 2020 with the option to renew if desired.

We have lived here for about 18 months but need to relocate out of state. This is a wonderful gated property for families, professionals or retirees. Conveniently located on Atlantic Ave. between 95 and the Turnpike.

Amenities include pool, fitness center, trash valet, tennis court, and dog; There is a washer/dryer in the unit, walk-in closet in the master bedroom, and the garage is on the first level while all living space is entirely on the second. The second bedroom also can convert to a master suite thanks to a pocket door. This is a great feature for roommates or children/guests wanting a bit more privacy!

This is an end unit that overlooks 1 of 2 small ponds and east/west facing views to capture sunrise and sunset. Pets are ok with the exception of certain restricted breeds (see below). All pet and security deposits have already been paid. This unit also includes cable.

We have paid move-in and pet deposits and will pay October’s rent. The unit will be available anytime after Oct 10 or once you’re added to the lease. This is truly a wonderful community and we’re sad to leave but hoping it can be a temporary or permanent home for the right person(s) or family.
